Eric Carle illustrated more than seventy books with some becoming all-time children's best sellers. More than 150 million copies of Eric Carle's books have been sold worldwide, including his all-time best seller 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' which was written in 1969. That iconic book has been translated to more than sixty-five languages. His career as a children's illustrator didn't start until he was nearly 40 years old, and the children's book author took off after he collaborated on 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See'. The caterpillar origin was well, not actually his first character idea for his books. Rather, the idea began started as a bookworm named Willi, and his editor suggested a caterpillar. Of his seventy books, he wrote most of them by himself!
Each board book is nearly nine inches in height and nearly eight inches in width.
Three replaceable long-life 357/AG13/LR44 alkaline manganese (non-lithium) button cell batteries are included. Seven sound buttons are at the press of a finger.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Check with household members or neighbors, and

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
