Even though your pond fish eat less during cooler weather, it’s still important to maintain a balanced diet. TetraPond Spring & Fall Diet fish food helps koi, ornamental goldish and all other pond fish of any size to transition in and out of winter. Feed in spring and fall, when water temperatures are between 50 and 39 degrees. This transitional food is formulated with wheat germ, a highly digestible protein even at low water temperatures. Proper nourishment in the spring and fall helps support a healthy immune system in your fish. When water temperature is below 50 degrees, pond fish feed with TetraPond Spring & Fall Diet. Fish should not be fed when the temperature is below 39 degrees. Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
