Packing Tips:
- If you're shipping liquids, make sure to seal jar or bottle lids with Scotch Packaging Tape. Additionally, placing the containers in a plastic bag adds an extra layer of protection, containing any potential spills or leaks that may occur during transit.
- For especially fragile items, consider cushioning them by placing a smaller box inside a larger one. This provides an additional barrier against impact and helps safeguard your delicate items.
- When packing, position fragile items in the middle of the box and leave at least 2 inches of padding around and between each item. For added protection, consider using Scotch Cushion Wrap to cushion and absorb shocks during transport.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:
