- For fragile items, consider cushioning them by placing a smaller box inside a larger one. By centering fragile items in the middle of the box and allowing for at least 2 inches of padding around and between each item, you can minimize the risk of damage. Scotch Cushion Wrap is the perfect tool for adding that necessary layer of cushioning and absorbing shocks during transport.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
