What's the Difference Between Roasts?
The degree to which coffee beans are roasted is one of the most important factors determining the taste of the coffee. Before roasting, green coffee beans have a grassy smell and little or no taste. The age, processing method, grind, and brewing method also affect the taste, but the roast level provides a rough guide to the taste you can expect. Light roasts have pronounced acidity and a toasted grain taste, medium roasts exhibit more balanced flavor, aroma and acidity, and dark roasts will generally have a smoky taste.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
