The O2COOL 10" Battery Portable Fan will help everyone stay cool, even when there is no electricity around. It is ideal for indoor and outdoor activities. This portable battery-operated fan can be used when camping or just having an outdoor gathering in the backyard. Use our 10" Portable Fan in a hot office or school, on a picnic and especially during a power outage. These battery-operated personal fans include a range of sizes, multiple power source options, patented blades for efficient operation and compact designs that allow them to be taken anywhere. The 10" fan needs six D-size batteries if it is going to be used where there is no electricity. It has a handle built-in for carrying, so it can be transported easily. When in use, the base pulls down for stability. If electricity is present, it can be used as a traditional fan.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.
When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

Check with household members or neighbors, and

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
