With a split cooking surface featuring both raised ribs and a smooth flat surface, it’s ready for action on your indoor stovetop or outdoor grill. Add flavorful sear marks to meat and vegetables, cook hot dogs and sausages to golden browned sizzling perfection, and cook up batches of pancakes or French toast, bacon and eggs. One of the brilliant design features of this griddle is its gently angled surface, which encourages grease and liquid to drain away from food toward a collection well at the front lip of the griddle. Raised sides help prevent food from slipping over the side during cooking or flipping and keep splatters and oil inside. The included Grill press is weighted to perfectly create popular ‘smash burgers’, sear steaks or chops and toast the perfect grilled cheese or panini. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 4 Business Days

  • Cost: Free Shipping

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.


Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update after shipment.

  • For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.

When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for delays in tracking updates or shipments where tracking is unavailable due to the delivery method used.


Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.
