Directions for Use:
Using the easy to pour spout, place the bottle on its side with the spout facing down. Loosen the vent cap for a quicker flow, then press the button to dispense. Fill the clear dose cup to line 1 for medium loads, line 4 for large loads, or use more for extra-large loads.
High-Efficiency (HE) Compatible
This detergent is safe for high-efficiency (HE) washers. Look for the "HE" symbol on the packaging — Member's Mark Ultimate Clean Liquid Laundry Detergent Fresh Scent is safe for all washers.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:
