How Does This Fryer Cleaner Work?

To use the Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner by Ecolab, simply apply the cleaner to the surface you wish to clean. It begins working immediately, breaking down burnt and baked-on, carbonized food residue, grease, sauce residue, and more.

What Surfaces Is This Grill Cleaner Recommended For?

The Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner by Ecolab is recommended for use in demanding commercial foodservice environments. It can be used on most non painted hard metal surfaces. This includes steel and stainless steel. However, it is not for use on soft metals, such as aluminum. It is also not for use in residential kitchens.

Does This Oven Cleaner Come with a Sprayer?

Yes, this specially formulated, professional-grade commercial cleaner comes with an optional foaming sprayer attachment for use on vertical surfaces. Becasue this cleaner is considered a corrosive for use on heavy-duty restaurant equipment, the sprayer is child resistant and does not detach from the bottle once attached.

Why Include a Sprayer If It's Not Detachable?

The 3-pack of commercial-grade cleaner is designed to be poured onto grills, ovens and into fryers. The optional sprayer comes in handy for cleaning vertical surfaces where pouring the cleaner directly onto them isn't possible (like the sides of grills and ovens). Due to safety requirements, we've designed the sprayer to not detach once it's attached to a bottle so that it's child resistant and so that corrosive liquid doesn't leak onto your hands while using, though gloves and protective eyewear should still be worn while using this heavy-duty cleaner.

What Is This Commercial Oven Cleaner Designed to Remove?

Whether being used as a commercial oven cleaner, a commercial deep fryer cleaner, or a commercial oven and grill cleanser, this product is designed to remove baked-on food, grease, and carbonized food scraps that dirty your kitchen equipment and can lower your inspection score.

What Surfaces Can Be Cleaned With This Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner?

You can use the Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner on hot surfaces or cold surfaces. It is ideally suited for stainless steel, steel, and other hard metals, but not for painted surfaces or soft metals, such as aluminum. Note that this product is not for use on glass. It requires no mixing, and is ready for use immediately on opening. Note that gloves and protective eyewear should be worn when using this product.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.


Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update after shipment.

  • For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.

When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for delays in tracking updates or shipments where tracking is unavailable due to the delivery method used.


Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.
