The Member's Mark 5-Tier Heavy-Duty Interlocking Plastic Shelf offers additional storage space for your utility room, pantry, garage, closet and more. Featuring 5 ventilated, extra sturdy non-adjustable shelves to keep your items neat, organized, and easily accessible. Each shelf holds up to 200 lbs. to support storing a variety of items such as canned food, cleaning supplies, tools, hardware, storage totes and more—making it perfect for optimizing space. For maximum shelf strength, distribute the weight on your shelves evenly with the heaviest items placed on the lower shelves. Fixed spacing between shelves is 14.625 inches tall. The lightweight shelving unit weighs 36.8 lbs. for easy movement from room to room.

This heavy-duty unit is made from easy-to-clean recycled black resin material designed to resist rust, dents, stains, and peeling.Assembly is quick and can be done by one person while requiring minimal tools. It may be necessary to use a mallet or small hammer to gently tap each post into place. Store heavy items on the lowest shelves. For every 5 degrees above 95°F, decrease the weight on shelves by 10%. Wall mounting is required for maximum weight capacity and stability (four ""U"" shaped wall brackets are included with every shelf—see product instructions for directions on how to secure).

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,
Check with household members or neighbors, and
Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,
Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or
Theft after confirmed delivery.
