Quick and Easy Setup

The Member's Mark 10'x10' Instant Canopy is perfect for any occasion where you need fast and cool shade. With its patented EasyLift™️ Technology, it can be set up in a minute or less by one or two people. Simply open up the frame, push up on the center hub, and extend the legs. It's that simple!

Superior Protection and Durability

This canopy top provides 100 sq. ft. of shade, enough to protect and cool 8 to 12 people. It's made from water-resistant and fire-retardant (CPAI-84 certified) 300D polyester fabric. The top also features an aluminum backing that provides 99% UV protection from the sun's harmful rays. The durable heavy-duty steel frame comes fully assembled, with no loose parts to connect or lose. It also features a hammertone powder-coated finish to resist rust for long-lasting use.

Adjustable and Convenient Features

The straight leg design of this canopy provides maximum shade and features 4 adjustable heights at the click of a push button. Recently added features include the EasyLift Hub Hook to hang a light and two mesh pockets on the underside of the canopy top for personal items. The soaring center peak height of 9’10” provides an open, airy space for the tallest people.

Easy Transport and Storage

The Member's Mark 10’x10’ Instant Canopy includes a 600D polyester wheeled expandable carry bag for easy transport and storage of your canopy. It also comes with 8 steel ground stakes and 4 guyline ropes to securely anchor your canopy to the ground.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 4 Business Days

  • Cost: Free Shipping

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.


Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update after shipment.

  • For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.

When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for delays in tracking updates or shipments where tracking is unavailable due to the delivery method used.


Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
