Planting Tips and Instructions:
- Place your Norfolk Island Pine in bright, indirect light to promote healthy growth; avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the needles.
- Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, typically every 1-2 weeks. Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent water from sitting at the bottom.
- Norfolk Pines thrive in average household temperatures between 65°F and 75°F (18°C to 24°C) and prefer moderate humidity levels.
- Feed your Norfolk Pine with a balanced, diluted fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer) to encourage growth and vibrancy.
- Regularly check for dead or dried needles and remove them to keep the plant looking tidy. Inspect for pests and treat any infestations promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
- Repot every 2-3 years to refresh the soil and provide more room for growth, using a slightly larger pot with fresh, well-draining potting mix.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:
