Feeding Guidelines: Blue Life Protection Formula with LifeSource Bits will provide your dog with superior nutrition plus a unique nutrient and antioxidant package specifically formulated for your dog's needs. Meal Frequency: 2 meals per day. Transition to Blue: Start by mixing 25% of Blue with your dog's old food, and gradually increase the proportion of Blue over the next 14 days. Recommended Daily Feeding Chart: 50 to 70 lbs: 2-1/4 to 3 cups; 71 to 100 lbs: 3 to 3-3/4 cups; Over 100 lbs: Feed 3-3/4 cups plus 1/2 cup for each 20 lbs. over 100 lbs body weight (Use a standard 8-oz. measuring cup). Note: Individual dog's requirements may vary from this chart due to age, breed, environment and activity level. Adjust food as required to maintain optimal body condition and ask your veterinarian if you are unsure. Preparation Options: Dry - Crunchy and delicious nutrition nuggets and LifeSource Bits right from the bag. Dry with Water - Add warm water and mix to fully release flavors and aroma. Fresh Water: Be sure to have a clean bowl of cool, fresh water available at all times.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update after shipment.

  • For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.

When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.
