4pc Ratchet Tie Down and Cam Buckle Set
The Cat® Ratchet Tie Down and Cam Buckle set is built to withstand the most difficult tasks and conditions. This set includes two 16-foot-long x 1 1/2-inch-wide straps with 1,500-pound working strength/4,500-pound breaking strength and two 1-inch-wide cam buckles with 400-pound working strength/1,200-pound breaking strength.

Thread the strap through the slops in the spool.
Lengthen or shorten the strap based on your needs.
Lift and lower the ratchet handle.
Lock the rachet in place.
Release instructions
Pull back on the quick release pin.
Unlock the ratchet.
Pull out the strap.
Cam Buckle Instructions
Thread strap through the slot in the buckle.
Pull the webbing through.
Pull on the loose end of the strap to tighten.
Keep cam buckle close to lock position into place.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

Check with household members or neighbors, and

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
