You can depend on our baking sheets to produce reliable golden-browned results when you bake. Nordic Ware’s Half Sheet and Jelly Roll pans feature a thick reinforced steel wire rim neatly encapsulated inside the pan to prevent warping or popping in the oven.

These pans are constructed of uncoated aluminum, valued for its superior heating and inherent nonstick properties with releasing food. Cleanup is simple; we recommend parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for mess-free baking. Hand-washing is advised to extend the life of your pans. Our pans are manufactured in America using domestic and imported materials.

Care Instructions:

• Oven and broiler safe to 500° F (260° C)
• Use of butter or oil will improve browning and release of foods.
• Parchment paper or silicone baking mats may be used for baking and make cleanup hassle-free.
• Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.
• Sharp metal utensils or cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your pans, which are made to last a lifetime.

Care for Your Pans:

• Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
• Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water. Stubborn food residue can be soaked overnight. Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration and/or a rough texture will occur from detergent damage. This discoloration is cosmetic in nature and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan but is ideally avoided by a simple hand wash.
