How to use:
- Prep your nails: For a longer-lasting manicure, we recommend buffing/filing the nails, and making sure the nail beds are completely clean from oils or dust residue.
- Base coat: Apply one layer of an ella+mila base coat. This will provide the adhesive purpose for a longer lasting manicure.
- Apply thin layers of nail polish. Start with a small amount on the brush and swipe it gently across each nail, starting from the base near the cuticle and moving toward the tip. Avoid using too much polish on the brush, as it can lead to streaks, smudges, or pooling around the cuticles. Our sheer polishes are designed for buildable layers, so start with a thin coat and add more if needed.
- Cap the free edge: To extend the life of your manicure, "cap" the free edge of each nail by swiping the brush horizontally across the tip. This helps to seal the polish and prevent chipping.
- Top Coat: Apply your choice of an ella+mila top coat. This will help to seal the manicure and provide a nicer finish.
