Folio features a slimline storage case, containing four large cutting boards each with knife friendly and textured cutting surfaces on both sides. Each cutting board is color coded designed to prevent cross contamination between raw meat, raw fish, cooked foods, fruits, and vegetables. The boards themselves can be easily removed from the case due to the smart angled design and their stainless-steel selecting bars. The plastic case holds each board neatly apart, allowing air to circulate for hygienic drying. The case and each board have non-slip feet, preventing any type of slip or slide. Each BPA free cutting board is 9.5 inches long by 13.4 inches wide. The cutting boards are dishwasher safe, but please hand wash the storage case.
