This responsibly designed tray features divided compartments in various sizes to provide storage in kitchen and pantry drawers for flatware, cutlery, utensils, measuring cups and spoons and more. This innovative flatware tray expands from 12" to 22" to reveal additional storage and to provide a perfect fit in any size drawer. The open-top design ensures items are always visible and accessible, while the built-in dividers keep items in place when opening and closing the drawer.
It can be paired with additional organizers in the Renewable Wood Collection (sold separately) for modular and customized storage. The renewable Paulownia wood construction stands up to everyday use, and it is sealed to resist stains, splinters and warping. The natural finish matches a variety of kitchen and home decor styles. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.
When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.
Brands For Less USA is not responsible for delays in tracking updates or shipments where tracking is unavailable due to the delivery method used.
Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

Check with household members or neighbors, and

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

Theft after confirmed delivery.
