TramontinaÕs Polished Aluminum 16" Nonstick Roasting Pan comes with a V-rack, which is a layer of thin metal bars that will elevate your roast or bird, making it easier to baste and catch your drippings in the pan below. The handle built onto the rack, allows for easy removal of the rack from the pan. The pan is coated with a PFOA-free reinforced Teflon Classic nonstick coating, which helps make clean up easy and convenient. Large cast aluminum handles provide a comfortable, balanced grip so it easier to carry the pan. The stainless-steel roasting pan is dishwasher safe, however the ÒVÓ Rack is recommended to be hand-washed.
