Did you know that most bottled waters sold in the supermarkets are reclaimed and reprocessed tap water? With this Ovente's KP72 Electric Kettle Series, you'd be able to purify your drinking water to its safest state. It runs on 1100W (120V) that boils water at 100 °C or 212 °F.

Uncomplicated Operation and Cleanup
This kettle is crafted with a secure locking lid that flips back with just one push of a button! This button stays cool along with its cool touch handle. What's more, you can remove its spout filter for an out-and-out clean! Simply mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon with water then allow it to boil. Let it sit for a minimum of five more hours and dry afterwards. Storing this 1.7L kettle is easy as well: The 30-inch cord wraps neatly to its base.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,
Check with household members or neighbors, and
Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
