We hope to inspire people across the country to create their own Audubon Parks by setting up bird feeding stations in their backyards, neighborhoods, and communities so they too can experience and share the beauty of wild birds with those around them.

How to Use Audubon Park High Energy Blend

Use Audubon Park High Energy Blend with mesh, tube, or platform bird feeders. Fill clean feeders with fresh wild bird food and hang in a protected area near trees or shrubs so birds can feel safe, and squirrels canÕt access the bird food.

Keep It Clean

Maintain a clean bird feeder by washing with warm, soapy water every two weeks or as needed. Fill with fresh seed and hang for birds to enjoy. Remember to rake or sweep seed debris from under the feeding station on a regular basis.

Storage Tips

Store in a cool, dry, and shaded area such as a garage, shed, or patio storage box. If storing more than a few weeks, we recommend keeping it in air and watertight containers.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 4 Business Days

  • Cost: Free Shipping

Address-Based Shipping Exceptions:
Some delivery locations may not qualify for free shipping due to carrier surcharges, remote area fees, oversized items, or special handling requirements.
In such cases, we will contact you before shipping with the applicable shipping cost and provide an invoice or payment link. Your order will be processed once the additional shipping charges are approved and paid.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.


Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update after shipment.

  • For certain orders, including local deliveries, special shipments, or third-party fulfilled orders, a tracking number may not be available.

When tracking is unavailable, delivery confirmation may be provided through other means such as delivery confirmation emails, photos, or carrier/driver confirmation.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for delays in tracking updates or shipments where tracking is unavailable due to the delivery method used.


Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and

  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.

Brands For Less USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner,

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.
