The steamer basket on the cooker doubles as a colander for rinsing vegetables before cooking, or use it to steam everything from salmon to Brussels sprouts. The steamer basket has a removable divider so you can steam two foods at once while rice cooks. The extra-large-capacity rice cooker holds up to 30 cups of cooked or 15 cups of uncooked rice to easily feed a large family. No watching required. It cooks perfectly on its own, giving you time to prepare the rest of your meal, then it automatically switches to keep warm when cooking is complete. There’s no need to worry about boiling water, adjusting temperatures, or setting timers. Cleaning up is simple too. The removable bowl, steamer basket, and lid are all dishwasher safe, while other accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BrandsForLessUSA.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may include a tracking number when available.

Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Customers are encouraged to:

Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).
Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
