Ginkgo biloba is the world’s oldest living species of tree and the only species of its kind left on earth, and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It’s referred to as a living fossil because it hasn’t changed much in over 200 million years. The ancient trees coexisted with dinosaurs, and a living link to that age. Ginkgo trees have been known to live as long as 4,000 years. ^1,2

Ginkgo means “silver apricot” and refers to the apricot-like bodies the tree produces which technically are not fruits but seeds. Biloba means “two-lobed” exemplifying the unique fan-shaped leaves of these trees. ¹ Known around the world, common names for Ginkgo biloba include fossil tree, maidenhair tree, Japanese silver apricot, baiguo, and yinhsing.

Today the Ginko biloba tree is extremely rare in the wild, but due to its cultivation in China, humans have helped ensure its survival. Ornamentally, the Ginkgo biloba tree can be seen lining urban streets from Manhattan to Tokyo.²

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be free at checkout, unless you select expedited shipping.

Order Tracking

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brands For Less USA Customer Support to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

📦 Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or confirmed by our delivery partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package is missing or was not received, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, Brands For Less USA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages and may not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits.

Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout,
Check with household members or neighbors, and
Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors).

Customers may also choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number when available.
